Pierre-Emmanuel Moati has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014.
Before co-founding Suffren Partners in November 2024, he worked for ten years with the
business law firms Veil Jourde, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Viguié Schmidt &
Associés.
He assists French and foreign companies, both listed and unlisted, as well as executives in
complex strategic litigation, mainly in corporate, commercial, or financial matters.
Pierre-Emmanuel Moati regularly pleads before the civil and commercial courts.
